Pay: £13.68-£17.18 per hour plus time and a half on Bank Holidays. With growing demand across various healthcare settings, we are looking to fill full-time and part-time day and night shifts.

As a Healthcare Assistant, your hands-on support and care will be vital to improving patient comfort, dignity, and well-being. Working alongside nurses and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help ensure a safe, caring, and positive experience for every individual under your care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compassionate personal care to patients/service users.
  • Assist with daily living activities (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting, feeding, etc.).
  • Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to senior staff.
  • Support nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient-centred care.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment.
  • Accurately document care provided in line with service requirements.
  • Promote dignity, independence, and respect in all interactions.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in the UK (preferred).
  • Care Certificate or willingness to complete relevant training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Commitment to high standards of care and professional practice.
  • Right to work in the UK.
