Main Responsibilities:

  • Work across a rich variety of client settings.
  • Assess and evaluate patient health conditions and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
  • Adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Promote best practices as a Staff Nurse - RGN / RMN in health and safety and security.
  • Work autonomously with minimum supervision.

Must have a valid NMC Pin and UK Nursing Experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practices.

Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN: Pay Rate £24.00 - £43.50 per hour. EARN £1,000 to £1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN).
