Main Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Support patients with their physical and emotional needs.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed by nursing staff.
- Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards patient care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
