Kids Planet Higher Broughton is a proud family‑run nursery that values care, curiosity, and a genuine love for early years. We are looking for a Deputy Manager who is ready to get stuck in, spark imaginations, and help children thrive.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the manager to oversee all day‑to‑day nursery operations and ensure smooth running.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with families and collaborate with external agencies to support each child’s growth and wellbeing.
- Guide and support the nursery team, keep children safe, and deliver the EYFS in a fun, engaging way that meets all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Level 3 UK‑recognised early years qualification.
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Leadership experience within a nursery setting.
- Enhanced DBS check and ongoing safeguarding training required.
