Maxxi Childcare is a high‑end nursery located in the heart of Wapping. We are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of early years education and care in a nurturing, beautifully designed environment. We are expanding our passionate team and looking for Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners with strong experience in premium or high‑quality childcare settings.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a high‑end or outstanding nursery environment
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
- Confident in creating exceptional learning environments and delivering high‑quality interactions
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues
- A commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and child‑centred practice
- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Passionate about providing personalised, luxury‑standard care and education
- Ability to uphold confidentiality, respect, and strong values at all times
Required Training & Compliance
- Current Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Safeguarding & Child Protection training
- Food Hygiene / Allergy Awareness training (or willingness to complete)
- Enhanced DBS Check and right to work in the UK
- Awareness of Health & Safety standards and infection control
