The predicted salary is between 27000 - 27000 £ per year.

OurEarly Years Educatorsenable children to engage in a range of play and learning opportunities and to participate in the day to day activities within the nursery.

You will have passion and enthusiasm for safeguarding children and delivering high standards of care.

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • A great understanding of the EYFS.
  • A passion and enthusiasm for childcare.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
  • Good timekeeping, organisation and reliability.

£30,000 Salary - Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

We also have 4 Day Week contracts available - 32 hours with a salary of £24000 or 36 hours with a salary of £27000

Competencies

Essential

  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Sufficient understanding and use of English
  • Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and the EYFS. This is essential
  • Ability to work as a team member but also manage and organise own workload
  • Ability to plan, provide and evaluate a wide range of play and learning opportunities which meet childrens individual needs
  • Ability to be a reflective practitioner in order to develop your practice
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all children, staff and families
  • Ability to support and develop an environment which is inclusive for all and encourages diversity.

Desirable

  • Art / craft / games / sport skills
ExperienceEssential
  • Experience of working with children aged under 5
  • Experience of providing play and learning opportunities for children
