Our Room Leaders assist in the day to day management of the setting, whilst leading their room team to enable children to engage in a range of play and learning opportunities. You will have passion and enthusiasm for safeguarding children and delivering high standards of care.
Minimum Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in a childcare setting.
- Experience in a leadership or management position.
- A great understanding of the EYFS.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
- Good timekeeping, organisation and reliability.
Salary: £33,000
Working Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Essential:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

- A Paediatric First Aid certificate

- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Sufficient understanding and use of English
- Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and the EYFS
- Ability to work as a team member and leader but also manage and organise own workload
- Ability to plan, provide and evaluate a wide range of play and learning opportunities which meet children's individual needs
- Ability to complete basic administrative tasks
- Ability to be a reflective practitioner in order to develop your practice
- Ability to communicate effectively with all children, staff and families
- Ability to support and develop an environment which is inclusive for all and encourages diversity
