Join Nurseplus as a Mental Health Support Worker – Make a Difference Every Day. At Nurseplus, every shift you work is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in need. As a temporary Mental Health Support Worker, you'll be providing high-quality care across a range of settings, from supported living to mental health units and secure units, providing support and care to persons with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and more complex care needs. You'll become part of a compassionate team where every contribution counts.
Experience of working with 1:1's would be advantageous but is not essential. Ideally, you will have at least 12 months experience in a mental health setting, having restraint training in the last 12 months (with certification), although FREE CPI training is provided if not.
