The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Nurseplus, you\’ll be at the heart of our operation ā sourcing, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals into temporary and permanent roles. You\’ll work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure the best possible match with our candidates.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively attract, screen, and register new candidates

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to placement

Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legislation
