We are currently seeking a Qualified Nursery Nurse to join our team in the health and medical industry. This is a temporary position, with full-time hours expected. As a Qualified Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting.

Job Duties:
  • Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for the children.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Nursery Assistant qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
Education:

A minimum of a Qualified Nursery Assistant qualification is required for this role.

Experience:

Previous experience working in a nursery setting is essential.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of child development.
  • Ability to create a stimulating and engaging environment for children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Level 2 or 3 childcare qualifications.
  • First Aid certification.
Working Conditions:

This role involves working full-time hours in a nursery setting. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to provide the best possible care and education for the children.
