The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting and growing the branch by managing the full recruitment process while developing new and existing business opportunities across the region. You’ll be responsible for attracting and recruiting healthcare professionals, building client relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities
- 360 Recruitment
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from attraction through to placement
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of healthcare professionals
- Matching candidates to suitable client requirements
- Supporting candidate compliance and onboarding processes
- Business Development
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying opportunities to grow branch revenue and market presence
- Conducting sales calls, client visits, and networking activities
- Supporting branch growth through proactive business development
- Client & Candidate Management
- Delivering excellent customer service to clients and candidates
- Managing staffing requests and ensuring timely fulfilment
- Maintaining strong communication and long‑term relationships
- On-Call Responsibilities
- Participating in the branch on‑call rota to support client and candidate needs outside office hours
- Handling emergency staffing requirements and providing out‑of‑hours support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or healthcare staffing is desirable
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive and driven attitude
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and target‑driven environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
