Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare
Aylesbury | Flexible / Timesheet Basis (Minimum 3 days per week)
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for flexibility and the opportunity to earn alongside your existing commitments? We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support our growing healthcare recruitment team in Aylesbury on a flexible, timesheet basis.
This is a 360 recruitment role , giving you the opportunity to manage your own desk, build client relationships and source candidates across the healthcare sector, while having the flexibility to work around your availability.
The Role
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Match candidates to suitable roles and manage placements
- Work towards agreed targets and contribute to the growth of the branch
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- Experience within healthcare recruitment would be an advantage
