We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Ashford, working within the healthcare sector. This is a 360 recruitment role, giving you full ownership of your desk—from business development through to candidate placement and client management.
The Role

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 recruitment)

Develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Source, screen, and interview candidates

Match candidates to suitable roles and manage placements

Work towards and exceed sales and performance targets
