Are you a proactive recruiter who enjoys building relationships, finding great people and making a real difference?
At Nurseplus, we're looking for a Regional Recruiter to support recruitment across multiple branches in the South West, helping us attract, onboard and retain the people who deliver high-quality care.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with branch teams to understand their recruitment needs, attract candidates and manage the process from initial application through to compliance and onboarding.
With a mix of home working, office visits and local recruitment events, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own workload while staying connected to the branches you support.
If you're organised, people-focused and enjoy working across different locations, this is a great opportunity to make an impact across a wider region.
- What you'll be doing
- Recruiting across multiple branches
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for care staff across several branches in the South West
- Working with branch managers to understand staffing needs and prioritise vacancies
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and local recruitment events
- Screening applications, conducting initial conversations and coordinating interviews
- Building candidate pipelines to support current vacancies and future demand
- Managing compliance and onboarding
- Ensuring candidate documentation, references, right-to-work checks and other required compliance checks are completed accurately
- Keeping candidate records and recruitment systems up to date
- Monitoring progress throughout the recruitment and onboarding process to avoid unnecessary delays
- Working with branch teams to ensure candidates are compliant and ready to start in line with company procedures
- Building relationships and raising our profile
- Developing strong working relationships with branch managers and recruitment colleagues across the region
- Attending local recruitment events, job fairs and community initiatives to attract new candidates
- Visiting branch offices as needed to support recruitment activity and strengthen relationships
- Identifying opportunities to improve attraction, candidate experience and recruitment processes
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare, social care or a high-volume recruitment environment
- Experience managing recruitment processes from application through to onboarding
- A good understanding of candidate compliance, or the ability to learn and apply compliance requirements accurately
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the confidence to work independently and manage your own workload
- Flexibility to travel across the South West for branch visits and recruitment events
- Confidence using recruitment systems, job boards and other candidate attraction tools
Why join Nurseplus?
- A varied regional role: Support multiple branches rather than being based in one location
- Hybrid working: Balance home working with office visits and face-to-face recruitment activity
- Make a real impact: Help branches attract the people they need to deliver excellent care
- Build relationships: Work closely with branch teams and local communities across the South West
- Take ownership: Manage your recruitment activity and help improve candidate attraction and onboarding
At Nurseplus, we're passionate about delivering high-quality care, and that starts with recruiting the right people.
As Regional Recruiter, you'll play an important role in helping our branches build strong teams and ensuring candidates have a positive experience from their first interaction with us.
If you're a people-focused recruiter who enjoys variety, autonomy and getting out into the community, we'd love to hear from you.
