We're looking for a

Clinical Trainer to join the Nurseplus team, delivering high-quality clinical training across our branches in the South/Centrally.

You'll help healthcare and social care staff build the knowledge, practical skills and confidence they need to provide safe, effective and person-centred care.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver mandatory and non-mandatory clinical training, including

Moving and Handling, Resuscitation, PEG Care, Tracheostomy Care, Wound Care, Cannulation and Phlebotomy .

  • Assess practical clinical skills and provide constructive feedback.
  • Adapt training to different learning styles and individual needs.
  • Support the Head of Training and Head of Clinical with training and compliance requirements.
  • Provide coaching and ongoing support to help colleagues build confidence and competence.
  • Promote best practice, safeguarding and continuous professional development.
  • Build strong relationships with learners and branch teams.

What We're Looking For

  • NMC registration with postgraduate experience (Desireable)
  • Experience working in both community and hospital environments.
  • A broad range of clinical experience.
  • Previous experience delivering training or education.
  • Experience mentoring and developing others.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical procedures, moving and handling, resuscitation and first aid.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt your approach to different learners.
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD.

A teaching or assessing qualification would be an advantage.

A full driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region are also required.
