Nurseplus Care at Home is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead and develop our domiciliary care service across the Hampshire area. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.We also welcome applications from experienced Deputy Managers or strong Care Coordinators who are ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager position, with full support provided.Key Responsibilities Act as the Registered Manager with the CQC , ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirementsLead, motivate, and develop a team of care and office staff to deliver outstanding domiciliary careEnsure care packages are safely delivered, reviewed, and tailored to individual client needsMaintain high standards of safeguarding, quality assurance, and risk managementManage budgets, staffing levels, and operational performance effectivelyBuild positive relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and external professionalsDrive continuous improvement and support service growth within the local community
