The Role
As the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance, growing the client base, and supporting and developing your team. You’ll play a crucial role in driving business performance while maintaining the exceptional standards Nurseplus is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of consultants.
- Achieve and exceed branch targets for growth, profitability, and service delivery.
