As a Community Care Worker with Nurseplus Care at home, you'll provide outstanding, compassionate care directly in clients' homes. You may support individuals with learning disabilities, complex care needs, mental health conditions, dementia, or assist elderly clients, making a meaningful difference with every shift.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide personal care and assist with nutritional needs in clients’ homes.
- Administer medications as directed and follow each client’s individual care plan.
- Offer companionship and support to help clients live independently and with dignity.
