We are looking for a compassionate and engaging Female Live-in Carer to provide weekend support in a rural home setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a client who is looking not only for a Support Worker, but also a companion, someone sociable, vibrant and happy to get involved in activities and getting out and about. Your role will be pivotal in enabling independence, providing reassurance to family members, and ensuring care is delivered with dignity, respect and warmth.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Weekend Live-in Carer, you will be supporting within one household from Friday evening through to Monday morning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with all transfers (hoist experience desirable, but full training can be provided)
- Driving a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV)
- Supporting transport to college on Mondays
- Acting as both a Support Worker and companion, engaging in activities, social outings and community access
- Supporting swimming sessions (confidence in the water is essential)

What We’re Looking For
- Female Support Worker (required due to personal care needs)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Confident driver, willing to drive a WAV
- Access to your own vehicle due to rural location
- Confident swimmer
- Strong communication skills and a good standard of English
- You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS (which you can apply for upon registration if required)
