The Role
This is a 360 recruitment role, where you will be responsible for both winning new business and recruiting candidates. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, and develop a pipeline of high-quality healthcare staff. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and win new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
