The Role
This is a 360 recruitment role, where you will be responsible for both winning new business and recruiting candidates. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, and develop a pipeline of high-quality healthcare staff. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role with excellent earning potential and career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and win new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
- Build and maintain a pipeline of healthcare candidates

- Work towards and exceed sales and recruitment targets
