Nurseplus is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our Rayleigh branch, with a strong focus on sales, business development, and market growth. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for a proven manager who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and driving branch performance while maintaining excellent service delivery.
As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the commercial success of the Rayleigh branch. You will lead from the front, developing new opportunities while managing and motivating a high-performing team.
