We are looking for dedicated RGNs to lead the delivery of person-centered healthcare services directly in individuals' homes, ensuring care is both effective and reflective of our community values. The Registered General Nurse (RGN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare services directly in individuals' homes. This role involves managing complex health needs, including administering medications, managing tracheostomies, PEGs, NG tubes, and overseeing care plans to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services, including physical health care and management of complex medical needs.
- Administer medications, manage tracheostomies, PEGs, NG tubes, and other complex health interventions.
- Ensure adherence to care plans and make necessary adjustments based on individuals' health status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Create a supportive and understanding environment that respects individuals' dignity and promotes their well-being.
- Oversee the clinical aspects of care provided by healthcare assistants and other support staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Serve as a strong advocate for the individuals you support, ensuring their rights and personal dignity are respected.

Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC membership.
- At least one year of experience in healthcare settings, preferably in community or home-based care.
- Experience in managing complex health needs and working with diverse populations.
- Proven ability to manage healthcare teams and provide clinical oversight.
- Driving license preferred but not mandatory. Essential for community work and transport of service users.
