We connect healthcare professionals with healthcare providers through a digital platform that enables flexible staffing and permanent placement solutions. Unlike traditional recruitment firms, NurseFlex operates a performance‑led marketplace model where individuals are rewarded based on the value they create across both sides of the platform. We are in rapid growth mode with a focus on London, East Sussex, and Scotland.
The Role
As a Growth Partner, your responsibility is to grow the NurseFlex marketplace from both sides. You will introduce healthcare professionals (nurses, carers, support workers, HCAs) onto the platform and connect healthcare providers (care homes, hospitals, agencies, NHS trusts) with the NurseFlex staffing solution. You are not limited by territory, sector, or fixed accounts. You are building your own portfolio within the NurseFlex ecosystem. This is an international route open to individuals based anywhere in the world who have strong existing networks in the UK healthcare sector, particularly across London, East Sussex, and Scotland.
What You Will Do
- Supply Side - Healthcare Professionals
- Source and onboard nurses, carers, support workers, and healthcare professionals onto the NurseFlex platform.
- Activate and engage professionals to ensure they are picking up shifts through the platform.
- Build a pipeline of qualified, compliant healthcare workers across London, East Sussex, and Scotland.
- Leverage your existing healthcare networks, professional communities, and industry contacts to drive registrations.
- Demand Side - Healthcare Providers
- Identify and introduce care homes, hospitals, agencies, and healthcare organisations to NurseFlex.
- Support providers in booking staff through the platform and demonstrate the value of flexible staffing.
- Build long‑term relationships with healthcare facilities to drive recurring bookings.
- Develop new business opportunities across NHS trusts, private care providers, and staffing agencies.
Who You Are
- You have an established network of healthcare professionals and/or healthcare providers in the UK, particularly in London, East Sussex, or Scotland.
- You understand the UK healthcare staffing landscape, including compliance requirements (DBS, right‑to‑work, NMC, HCPC).
- You are a proven business developer, recruiter, or networker with a track record of opening doors and building pipelines.
- You are self‑motivated and comfortable working independently on a performance‑based model with no base salary.
- You are confident on the phone and able to build trust with both healthcare professionals and facility managers.
- You have access to your own laptop, phone, and internet connection (tools will be reimbursed).
- You are available to attend the Covent Garden office one day per week for training and collaboration.
- International candidates are welcome, provided you have strong, demonstrable ties to the UK healthcare sector.
Tools and Support
NurseFlex invests in active Growth Partners who are generating revenue. As part of this role, you will receive reimbursement for:
- Approved VOIP systems for outbound calling.
- CRM and outreach tools.
- Recruitment and sourcing software.
- Tool reimbursement is provided while you are actively generating revenue for the platform.
Growth and Progression
NurseFlex operates a transparent, performance‑based progression model. As you grow revenue, you unlock new tiers:
- Level 1 - Growth Partner (Commission Only): Full access to the NurseFlex platform and tools. Build your portfolio and earn uncapped commission.
- Partner Plus Status (at £5,000 monthly revenue): Choose to remain as a Growth Partner with enhanced opportunities, or convert to a salaried Recruitment Consultant role.
- Elite Status (at £15,000 monthly revenue): Access the highest earning potential as an Elite Growth Partner, or move into a Senior Recruitment Consultant role with leadership responsibilities.
Progression is not based on tenure but on measurable contribution to the growth of the NurseFlex marketplace.
Support Network
High‑performing Growth Partners gain access to a shared NurseFlex support network, including centrally managed interns in marketing, sales research, lead generation, administrative support, and candidate sourcing. This allows you to scale your output without increasing your operational burden.
