Job Description Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) Weybridge Weybridge | Full-Time | 45 Days Per Week | 9am6pm | No Weekends | No Out-of-Hours Were looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our clients friendly and supportive team in Weybridge . Whether youre an experienced RVN, recently qualified, or returning to veterinary nursing , wed love to hear from you. The Role As an RVN, youll be involved in a varied range of nursing responsibilities, including: Clinical Nursing: Providing excellent inpatient care, including patient monitoring, administering treatments and maintaining accurate clinical records. Anaesthesia Support: Assisting with anaesthetic induction, monitoring and recovery across a range of procedures. Surgical Assistance: Preparing theatres, supporting veterinary surgeons during operations and maintaining high standards of sterility and patient safety. Laboratory Work: Performing in-house diagnostic tests, preparing samples and helping maintain laboratory equipment. Client Communication: Providing clear and empathetic advice to clients on post-operative care, nutrition, preventative healthcare and general pet wellbeing. Nurse Clinics: Conducting routine clinics such as weight checks, nail clips, parasite-control advice and senior pet reviews. Practice Support: Maintaining stock levels, upholding cleanliness and infection-control standards, and contributing to a positive team culture.
