We are proud to be searching for a Deputy Manager and a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a setting near High Wycombe. It is located within a large, extensively refurbished Georgian house providing exceptional childcare facilities. They tailor their care to each child's age.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all children are kept safe.
- Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
- Maintain confidentiality where appropriate.
- Deploy staff effectively to meet required standards.
- Implement the company’s keyperson system and allocate key children appropriately.
- Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring staff are suitably trained, vetted, and qualified.
- Assist in recruiting, inducting, supporting, training, and appraising staff to deliver high-quality childcare.
