Nurse Seekers are excited to be working for an Independent Private Day School near Manchester which provides an outstanding and well-rounded education to its pupils who are up to the age of 18. The School is looking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RGN or RSCN) to lead their Nursing and Healthcare team. The successful candidate will have both strong interpersonal and clinical skills and be passionate about adolescent health. The Nurse should have experience of leading other Nurses and Care staff and be keen to work with children and young people.

  • Term time only (+2 weeks outside of term time).

Requirements:

  • RGN/RMN or RSCN Qualified.
  • Experience of working with young people in a Nursing setting, but experience of School Nursing is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and pupils.
  • Enthusiasm, passion and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to oversee all of the School’s healthcare provision, and continuously identify where improvements can be made.
