  • Registered Nurse - Lancaster
  • 40 Hours per Week | Full Time (52 Weeks)

We're looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join our clients specialist residential college, supporting young adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to combine hands-on nursing with clinical leadership, helping people live safe, fulfilling and independent lives while supporting and developing care teams.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.

Assess health needs and develop personalised care plans.

Lead on medicines management and complex clinical procedures.

Train, coach and assess support staff in delegated clinical tasks.

Work closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals.

Promote safe practice, safeguarding and continuous quality improvement.

What We're Looking For

Current NMC registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD).

Experience in adult health, social care or specialist education.

Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.

Confident mentoring colleagues and supporting best practice.

Passionate about delivering person-centred care.
