Nurse Seekers are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a progressive, independent veterinary practice in Harlow that is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join its growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and compassionate veterinary nurse who enjoys leading from the front, mentoring colleagues, and delivering exceptional patient care within a busy and supportive environment.
The Opportunity
As Senior RVN, you will play an integral role in the daily operation of a thriving, high-caseload practice. Working closely with the clinical and management teams, you'll help drive standards of care, support the development of the nursing team, and contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the practice.
This role would suit an experienced RVN who is looking to take the next step in their career or an established Senior RVN seeking a fresh challenge within a genuinely supportive independent practice.
- Previous experience managing or supporting the day-to-day running of a busy veterinary practice
- A passion for mentoring, coaching and developing nursing colleagues
- A patient-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering tailored, high-quality care
- The adaptability and enthusiasm to help shape and improve evolving systems and protocols
Highly competitive salary and benefits package:
- Full-time position (38 hours per week)
- Flexible working pattern across 4 or 5 days
