Our client is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of their residential care home, providing high-quality care for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.

The Role
The Deputy Manager will assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the service, ensuring that systems, processes, and care delivery meet the highest standards. Responsibilities include:
