A leading private healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their established inpatient ward team in Crowborough. Working within a close-knit team of experienced clinical professionals, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of patient-centred care while supporting the wider team to ensure a safe, efficient and seamless patient journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Provide clear, compassionate advice and support to patients and their families.
  • Support junior colleagues and undertake mentoring or buddy responsibilities for new staff.
  • Take on delegated responsibilities and contribute to the Duty Nurse role when required.
  • Participate appropriately in emergency situations and support effective incident and complaint management.
  • Contribute to clinical audits, nursing research, care pathway development and service improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of clinical procedures and standards.
  • Ensure resources and supplies are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Participate in training, meetings and professional development activities while maintaining mandatory training requirements.
  • Maintain professional competence and accountability in line with the NMC Code of Conduct.

About You

The successful candidate will be a passionate and empathetic Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

You will have:

  • A UK-recognised Registered Nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
  • Previous clinical nursing experience; orthopaedic experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, patient-focused approach.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach with a commitment to continued professional development.
