Nurse Seekers are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Registered Adult Nurse to join their client’s dedicated nursing team based in Dereham. About the Role

As part of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the individuals our client supports. You will ensure care is delivered to the highest standard by working closely with support workers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals. The ideal candidate is a nurse with experience in complex adult care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess new care packages and support service development
  • Develop and maintain care plans and risk assessments
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to support workers
  • Deliver teaching and training to new and existing staff
  • Conduct competency-based observations and supervision
  • Carry out regular reviews of care packages
  • Liaise with commissioners, funders, and healthcare professionals
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Manage a caseload effectively and prioritise workload
