Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious College in Epsom who are seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Nurse with occupational health experience to join their dedicated team. This is a term-time only position (37 weeks per year), offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact within a vibrant college community β€” supporting both students and staff with a wide range of health and wellbeing services.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse – RGN preferred
  • Experience in occupational health or mental health first aid
  • Strong clinical judgment & a calm, proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and admin skills
  • Passion for safeguarding and promoting wellbeing

Your Role Will Include:

  • First aid and emergency response for students and staff
  • Health advice covering mental, sexual, and lifestyle wellbeing
  • Pre-employment screenings, vaccinations, and health risk assessments
  • Supporting disability needs and delivering health education initiatives
  • Coordinating first aid training and contributing to health policies
