College Nurse – Epsom

Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious College in Epsom who are seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Nurse with occupational health experience to join their dedicated team.

This is a term-time only position (37 weeks per year), offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact within a vibrant college community — supporting both students and staff with a wide range of health and wellbeing services.

Requirements:

· NMC Registered Nurse – RGN preferred

· Experience in occupational health or mental health first aid

· Strong clinical judgment & a calm, proactive approach

· Excellent communication and admin skills

· Passion for safeguarding and promoting wellbeing

Your Role Will Include:

· First aid and emergency response for students and staff

· Health advice covering mental, sexual, and lifestyle wellbeing

· Pre-employment screenings, vaccinations, and health risk assessments

· Supporting disability needs and delivering health education initiatives

· Coordinating first aid training and contributing to health policies
