Our client is an established home care provider with an exceptional reputation, having maintained an Outstanding CQC rating for over a decade.
They are seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to support, mentor and develop care professionals while ensuring customers receive the highest standards of care in their own homes.
The Role
- Support, coach and mentor care professionals.
- Conduct spot checks, observations and quality assurance visits.
- Support new starters with induction and ongoing development.
- Build positive relationships with customers and their families.
- Identify improvements and help maintain compliance.
- Work closely with the management team to deliver excellent care.
About You
- Experience in domiciliary care is essential.
- Strong knowledge of care delivery and best practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Supportive, approachable and confident in coaching others.
- Highly organised, professional and solution-focused.
- Passionate about improving care quality and developing teams.
