The Role
You will:
- Support children aged 9 months to 5 years
- Deliver engaging EYFS-based activities
- Build strong parent partnerships
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Support apprentices and junior staff within the team
What We’re Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification (CACHE or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year nursery experience
- Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
- Positive, energetic, and professional approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
