The home provides high-quality long-term residential care as well as short-term respite care, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred support in a warm, family-orientated environment. What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Lead Carer, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive outstanding care while supporting and mentoring the wider care team. You'll lead by example, promote best practice, administer medication where required, and help maintain the highest standards of care throughout the home.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Senior Carer
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience administering medication (highly desirable)
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
