Nurse Seekers are recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a well-established children’s residential service supporting young people to live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives.
Working Hours
- Shifts may vary and include weekdays and weekends
- Sleep-ins may be required

The Role
You will be supporting children and young people aged 5 to 18, including those with:
- Learning Disabilities (LD)
- Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
About You
We are looking for a compassionate, flexible, and committed individual with a genuine passion for working with children. Previous experience in residential childcare is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Requirements
- A valid UK Driving Licence (preferred)
- GCSE-level education
- A caring and professional approach
- Level 3 in Children’s and Young Persons Workforce
- Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-in shifts
