Children’s Residential Support Worker – Recruiting on behalf of a Children’s Residential Service

Location: Sileby, Leicestershire (LE12)

Salary: £TBC

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Nurse Seekers are recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a well-established children’s residential service supporting young people to live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives.

Working Hours

  • Shifts may vary and include weekdays and weekends
  • Sleep-ins may be required

The Role

You will be supporting children and young people aged 5 to 18, including those with:

  • Learning Disabilities (LD)
  • Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

About You

We are looking for a compassionate, flexible, and committed individual with a genuine passion for working with children. Previous experience in residential childcare is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Requirements

  • A valid UK Driving Licence (preferred)
  • GCSE-level education
  • A caring and professional approach
  • Level 3 in Children’s and Young Persons Workforce
  • Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-in shifts
