We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to become part of a friendly and supportive team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older people.

Providing accommodation for up to 17 residents, the home offers a personalised approach to care, enabling staff to build meaningful relationships with residents and deliver truly person-centred support.

The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will

  • Support residents with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
  • Assist with daily living activities.

  • Help create a safe, welcoming, and caring environment for residents and visitors.

About You

  • Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
