About You
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience within an Early Years setting

The Role
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Support children's development through engaging and stimulating activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards across the nursery
- Promote safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
- Contribute to observations, assessments, and planning
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
