We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our client's dedicated team in Lancaster. As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and supporting Healthcare and Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. About You
- A Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- A willingness to undertake further management training and development.
- Previous experience working within a residential care home setting.
