Our client is seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their high-dependency residential care service, providing 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and compassionate nurse with a valid NMC PIN to work in a person-centred, values-led environment supporting mostly younger adults.

The Role

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care and support the wellbeing of all residents.
  • Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
  • Completing assessments, implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Administering medications in line with professional standards.
  • Supporting residents with complex needs in a person-centred, flexible manner.
