Our client is seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their residential care service, providing nursing care for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and compassionate nurse with a valid NMC PIN to work in a personâcentred, valuesâled environment.
The Role
As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide clinical care to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering highâquality, personâcentred nursing care
- Completing assessments, implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes
- Administering medications in line with professional standards
- Supporting residents with complex needs, including respite care for young people aged 16â18
