Nurse Seekers Ltd is supporting a well-established Residential Care Home in St Leonards-on-Sea to recruit a Senior Lead Carer.
You will lead a care team, mentor colleagues and ensure high-quality, person-centred support for residents.
The role is 42 hours per week on a rota of three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift, with a competitive hourly salary of £14.00–£15.00 plus paid breaks and ongoing training.
