As a
Care Team Leader , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the night shift, leading and supporting the care team while delivering the highest standards of care.
You will be passionate about promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing, ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate and person-centred support throughout the night.

- Leading and supervising the night care team

What we're looking for
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a Care Team Leader, Senior Care Assistant or similar leadership role
- Medication administration experience
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
- Passion for delivering outstanding residential care
- A commitment to providing exceptional person-centred support
