What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing nursery team.
- Deliver an inspiring EYFS curriculum that supports every child's development.
- Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health, safety and wellbeing.
- Build trusted partnerships with parents through open, positive communication.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure outstanding nursery provision.
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and all regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve excellence in everything you do.
What You'll Bring
- Level 3 CCLD qualification (or equivalent) or above.
- Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- At least 2 years' Nursery Management experience, ideally including Ofsted inspections.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent organisational, delegation and time management skills.
- Enhanced DBS check.
