The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents while providing guidance and leadership to the wider care team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting care staff throughout your shift
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Maintaining care plans and accurate documentation
  • Promoting residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
  • Previous experience working as a Senior Care Assistant within a residential or nursing home
  • Medication administration experience
