About You
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives. To be successful in this role you should have:
- A Level 2 qualification (or above) in Health & Social Care.
- Previous experience working within a residential or nursing care setting.
- A caring, compassionate and respectful approach to supporting residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A reliable, organised and professional attitude.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when maintaining accurate care records.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
