Nurse Seekers Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Community Reablement Assistant to support people in their own homes across Bournemouth.

You will deliver person-centred, short-term care to help clients regain confidence, independence and daily living skills, working as part of a specialist community reablement team.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with early and late shifts, travel across the area, MAR chart medication administration, and ongoing training.
