We are seeking compassionate, experienced care professionals who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents with mental health needs. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care while promoting dignity and independence. Support residents with daily living, emotional and mental health needs. Administer medication in line with training and care plans, where required. Lead and support care staff during shifts. Maintain accurate care records and documentation. Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals. Monitor and report changes in residents' wellbeing. Support individual care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures. Promote a safe, respectful and welcoming environment. About You The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or experienced Care Assistant. Experience in mental health, nursing home, residential care or a similar setting. A caring, patient and compassionate approach.
