Nursery Nurse Our Client are looking to employ a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for their quality Nursery based near Redditch, Worcestershire. The successful Nursery Nurse must be passionate and experienced in showing initiative and creativity to foster an environment which encourages the children’s all-round development and where high standards of care are provided at all times. Key Responsibilities Be a ‘Key-person’ to children, having responsibility for overall child’s welfare and parent partnerships. Ensure the Welfare and Safeguarding procedures are followed along with all other company policies and procedures. Observing each child’s progress reporting on achievements and maintain records of day-to-day activities and developments. Providing educational, fun activities for all children in your care. Keeping childcare software updated for parents, providing parents with photographic evidence of their child’s day as well as keeping them informed of daily food, nappies and sleep times. Providing a child friendly, child led environment, a place children and parents feel safe and secure. All observations to be factual, informative, and professionally written for parents logging into the software.
